Kartell Type 11 - 300mm High Radiator (Widths: 400mm - 2000mm)

The Kartell K-Rad Type 11 300mm High Radiator is a slim, low-height central heating radiator designed for spaces where a standard 500mm or 600mm high radiator may be too tall. At only 300mm high, this range is particularly useful beneath low windows, along shorter walls and anywhere vertical space is restricted.

Also known as a K1 radiator, a Type 11 radiator features one heating panel with one row of convector fins. This single panel single convector construction gives the radiator a slim 56mm depth, making it a practical choice where reducing projection into the room is important.

The range includes 300 x 400mm, 300 x 500mm, 300 x 600mm, 300 x 800mm, 300 x 1000mm, 300 x 1200mm, 300 x 1400mm, 300 x 1600mm and 300 x 2000mm Type 11 radiators.

At ΔT50, outputs range from 209 watts / 714 BTU for the compact 300 x 400mm model up to 1046 watts / 3569 BTU for the 300 x 2000mm radiator.

Top tip: a 300mm high radiator can still provide useful heat output by increasing its width. Always calculate the BTU or watt requirement of your room before choosing a radiator rather than selecting purely by dimensions.

Manufactured from mild steel, the Kartell K-Rad Kompact radiator is finished in RAL 9016 gloss white enamel. The Type 11 design is 56mm deep, with a 245mm vertical connection centre distance and two wall-to-connection centre positions of 40mm or 55mm.

Each radiator is supplied with factory-fitted top grille and side panels, wall brackets, fixing components, vent and plug. Radiator valves are sold separately.
