Kartell Type 21 - 900mm High Radiator (Widths: 400mm - 900mm)

The Kartell K-Rad Type 21 900mm High Radiator combines a taller 900mm profile with the increased heating performance of a double panel radiator. Available in widths from 400mm to 900mm, this K-Rad Kompact range gives you six different heat outputs while maintaining the same 900mm radiator height.

Also known as a P+ radiator, a Type 21 radiator features two heating panels with one row of convector fins. This double panel single convector configuration provides a useful middle ground between a slimmer Type 11 radiator and the deeper, higher-output Type 22 double panel double convector design.

Choose from 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm and 900mm widths. At ΔT50, outputs range from 752 watts / 2567 BTU for the compact 900 x 400mm Type 21 radiator up to 1693 watts / 5777 BTU for the 900 x 900mm version.

Top tip: always choose a radiator based on the BTU or watt output your room requires rather than dimensions alone. For example, the 900 x 600mm Type 21 radiator delivers 3851 BTU, while increasing the width to 800mm raises output to 5135 BTU.

Manufactured from mild steel, the Kartell K-Rad Kompact radiator is finished in RAL 9016 gloss white enamel. Its Type 21 construction has a 70mm radiator depth, with a wall-to-inlet centre of 65mm or 80mm depending on installation position.

Each radiator is supplied with factory-fitted top grille and side panels, wall brackets, fixing components, vent and plug. Radiator valves are sold separately.
