Kartell Type 22 - 750mm High Radiator (Widths: 400mm - 1600mm)

The Kartell K-Rad Type 22 750mm High Radiator combines a taller 750mm profile with the powerful heating performance of a double panel double convector radiator. Available in widths from 400mm to 1600mm, this K-Rad Kompact range provides a wide selection of heat outputs for bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, dining areas and larger spaces throughout the home.

Also known as a K2 radiator, a Type 22 radiator features two heating panels with two rows of convector fins. This double panel double convector construction provides considerably greater heat output than equivalent Type 11 or Type 21 radiators of the same height and width.

The range includes 750 x 400mm, 750 x 500mm, 750 x 600mm, 750 x 700mm, 750 x 800mm, 750 x 900mm, 750 x 1000mm, 750 x 1100mm, 750 x 1200mm, 750 x 1400mm and 750 x 1600mm Type 22 radiators.

At ΔT50, outputs range from 830 watts / 2832 BTU for the compact 750 x 400mm model up to 3320 watts / 11329 BTU for the 750 x 1600mm radiator.

Top tip: always calculate the BTU or watt output required for your room before choosing a radiator. Increasing the width can substantially increase heat output, while the Type 22 construction provides particularly strong heating performance without requiring an even taller radiator.

Manufactured from mild steel, the Kartell K-Rad Kompact radiator is finished in RAL 9016 gloss white enamel. The Type 22 design is 105mm deep, with a 695mm vertical connection centre distance and wall-to-connection centre options of 82.5mm or 97.5mm.

Each radiator is supplied with factory-fitted top grille and side panels, wall brackets, fixing components, vent and plug. Radiator valves are sold separately.
