Kartell Type 22 - 900mm High Radiator (Widths: 400mm - 1200mm)
Width:
From £77.91
From £64.93(EX VAT)
The Kartell K-Rad Type 22 900mm High Radiator combines a taller 900mm profile with the high heat output of a double panel double convector radiator. Available in widths from 400mm to 1200mm, this K-Rad Kompact range is particularly useful where horizontal wall space is limited but a taller radiator can be accommodated.
Also known as a K2 radiator, a Type 22 radiator features two heating panels with two rows of convector fins. This double panel double convector construction provides substantially greater heating performance than comparable Type 11 and Type 21 radiators of the same height and width.
The range includes 900 x 400mm, 900 x 500mm, 900 x 600mm, 900 x 700mm, 900 x 800mm, 900 x 900mm, 900 x 1000mm, 900 x 1100mm and 900 x 1200mm Type 22 radiators.
At ΔT50, outputs range from 908 watts / 3344 BTU for the compact 900 x 400mm radiator up to 2940 watts / 10031 BTU for the 900 x 1200mm model.
Top tip: don't select a radiator purely by its physical dimensions. Always calculate your room's required BTU or watt output first. The high-output Type 22 construction means even the narrower models can provide substantial heating performance.
Manufactured from mild steel, the radiator is finished in RAL 9016 gloss white enamel. The Type 22 design is 105mm deep, with an 845mm vertical connection centre distance and wall-to-connection centre options of 82.5mm or 97.5mm.
Each radiator is supplied with factory-fitted top grille and side panels, wall brackets, fixing components, vent and plug. Radiator valves are sold separately.
